Return and Replacement Policy

We consistently work towards the protection of our customer’s interest. Hence, we offer you an easy and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable.

1. How do I file a return request?

  • However, in the case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 1 day of delivery.
  • Return request will be reviewed by NutriBlaze.
  • After approval, the pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by NutriBlaze.
  • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated.

2. Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases –
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Defective Product – Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
    • Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
    • Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts
    • No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only

3. Under what conditions returns/ replacement request will not be accepted?Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases –

  • If Product is Used
  • Products cannot be replaced incase you do not find the taste or aroma satisfactory as per your preference. We use imported flavouring agents and sweeteners from UK and Switzerland in all our products. Taste is a subjective matter & one person’s taste preference is not always same as another person’s preference.
  • Products cannot be replaced on your personal notion/opinion about its solubility/aroma/taste. Different supplements have different solubility/texture/aroma/taste as per their physical & chemical properties and customers should know that NutriBlaze is providing them these supplements in their utmost premium quality after being manufactured/packed in an FSSAI licensed, HACCP & ISO certified factory.
  • Products cannot be replaced on complaint about change in its taste since we as a healthcare supplements manufacturer focus solely upon delivering promised nutrition value (as per nutrition table of respective products) and certain ingredients such as source of flavours can be changed without any notification to customers since we always try to improve & take the taste furthermore to next level.
  • If a customer has any doubts about our product quality, they can get it lab checked anywhere for their own satisfaction since we have full confidence on quality of our products since we meet, match and follow stringent international protocols of manufacturing and repacking.

4. How much time does it take to replace an order?

  • We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days once we receive the product at our end.
